Our Giles & Woodland Way apartment blocks are located on the University of Kent’s Campus. You will be living on campus without paying the extortionate University accommodation fees. We have 12 modern and spacious apartments on offer to students each year and they are suitable for individual or double occupancy.

All studio apartments are equiped with large double beds. Big Plenty of room for an individual or couple

Each studio has a beautiful and clean en-suite bathroom. Equiped with a shower, toilet and basin.
Parking
Off-street parking is available but there is a limited number of spaces available.

Washing machines and dryers are found in the communal areas of the apartment block.
