We ensure all our properties provide good-quality living conditions, while our professional and efficient staff will guide you through the process and help you out with any queries or issues you may have.

Locations

If you’re new to the area, then you may not know the benefits of all of the different locations in Canterbury and Medway. Fortunately, you can take a look at our guide below to see which location is best for you.

Canterbury Christ Church University

City Centre

Living in the city centre allows you to immerse yourself in all that the city has to offer, as well as providing easy access to multiple shops and restaurants. Students from both universities enjoy properties situated in the centre of the city as there is plenty of public transport available nearby.

 

Wincheap

Located near to Canterbury East train station – which is also on a Unibus route – and a short distance from Augustine House Library, Wincheap is a good location for students of either university in Canterbury. This bustling area is also well-situated near to many shops, including a large Morrisons.

Brymore

A popular area for Canterbury Christ Church University students due to its short distance from many university buildings, Brymore Road also provides quick access to the city centre and some large supermarkets, including Asda.

 

University of Kent

Gillingham

We also offer some properties in Gillingham, which are all in walking distance of the University of Kent’s Medway campus. This area is also popular with University of Greenwich students and those studying nursing at Canterbury Christ Church University.

 

Whitstable Road

Another popular area amongst University of Kent students, Whitstable Road is a short walk away from the city centre and provides easy access to trains and buses.

 

City Centre

Living in the city centre allows you to immerse yourself in all that the city has to offer, as well as providing easy access to multiple shops and restaurants. Students from both universities enjoy properties situated in the centre of the city as there is plenty of public transport available nearby.

 

St Dunstan’s

This charming area is situated near to Canterbury West train station and Westgate Tower, an ideal location for University of Kent students who wants easy access to the shops.

 

St Michael’s

Another ideal area for those studying at University of Kent, students in this area can usually walk to university via the scenic Elliot footpath. This area is also walking distance from the city centre.

 

Hales Place
A popular student area just 15 minutes from the University of Kent campus and 25 minutes to the city centre. There are plenty of bus stops as well as a good local convenience store. Great value for money.

Hi there, I’m Annette, and I am the Student Places Office Lettings Assistant. You’ll find me in the reception of our office- most likely answering your telephone calls and emails. I also deal with the administrative side of the business!

About Caroline
Hi there, my name is Caroline, and I am the Student Places Office Manager. It is my job to monitor the progress of our performance and ensure we provide a good service to everyone! I also deal with all your queries, applications, and documents.
About Kellie

Hi there, I’m Kellie, and I am the Student Places Office Lettings Assistant. I assist in the effective running of the office, carry out both viewings and move-ins (occasionally with my dog Colin), and deal with the administrative side of the business!

Hi, my name is Tom C, and I am the Student Places Social Media Coordinator. My job includes proposing new marketing ideas, updating our social media profiles and creating all the digital content for our properties.
About Tom M

Hi there, I’m Tom M, and I am a Management Trainee. My job includes helping the company directors, sorting out bills, viewings and answering the phones!

About Mark

Hi there, I’m Mark, and I am one of the Company Directors. My main responsibilities include personel, IT, accounting and other administrative duties.

About Robin

Hi there, I’m Robin, and I am one of the Company Directors. My main responsibility is overseeing maintenance, although you’ll often see me carrying out viewings and other behind-the-scene tasks!

About Stephen

Hi there, I’m Stephen, and I am one of the Company Directors. My main responsibility includes liaising with both clients and landlords. I also carry out viewings, move-ins and other administrative duties!

About Gary

Hi, I’m Gary, you’ll meet me if you have any maintenance issues during your tenancy. Just email or call the office and they will pass the work over to me. I will be over as quickly as possible to fix any problems with your student home.
