Located near to Canterbury East train station – which is also on a Unibus route – and a short distance from Augustine House Library, Wincheap is a good location for students of either university in Canterbury. This bustling area is also well-situated near to many shops, including a large Morrisons.

Students from both universities enjoy properties situated in the centre of the city as there is plenty of public transport available nearby.
Another popular area amongst University of Kent students, Whitstable Road is a short walk away from the city centre and provides easy access to trains and buses.
