The quality of our accommodation is very important to us; which is why we subscribe to Canterbury City Council’s Accreditation Scheme.

We strive to ensure that all our properties are maintained to a high standard, and we employ our own full time maintenance team to deal with any issues promptly and professionally. All central heating systems are maintained by a Gas Safe Engineer who ensures not only that the system is safe, but deals with any repairs promptly. All our houses also have full 5 year NICEIC electrical safety certificates for peace of mind.
